On May 31, 2007 at 2110 hours the Bay District Volunteers were alerted to the intersection of Three Notch Road @ St. Andrews Church Road. Engine 92 (Chief 9B Jones), Squad 3 (Lt. David Carroll) and Captain 3 all responded within seconds of the dispatch. Captain 3 arrived on the scene and advised communications that he would have the command and that they had a three vehicle accident with at least one injury. Squad 3 arrived just after the buggy and started stabilizing the vehicles and securing power to the cars. Engine 92 arrived and Chief 9B took Operations of the incident and advised command that there would be one transport to SMH and a total of ten signed refusals. After the units assisted the Sheriff's Office with lighting of the scene all units cleared the scene in less than 30 minutes.
