On September 21, 2010 deputies responded to the Wal-Mart in California, for a report of a theft.

Investigation revealed Tina Louise Babcock, 26 and Bryant Mitchell Richardson both of Callaway, entered the Wal-Mart, placed numerous items of clothing into a black nylon bag and exited the store without paying for the items. Store security confronted Babcock and Richardson in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

Both fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies but were located a short time later, arrested and charge with theft.
